The trade-in rebate here, to be frank, isn’t the best we’ve seen from the retailer as Samsung has on occasion offered all the way up to $1,000 off. The upfront discount though? That is indeed a record-low price and one that can get you a 512GB Ultra unlocked for just $859 overall.

At $859, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is almost the same price as the baseline iPhone 17, so you’re getting an absolutely outstanding deal on a high-end device here. Although many will still prefer an iOS device, the Ultra really is exceptional with its massive Note-like display and versatile cameras. For under $900, it’s definitely a steal.

With that said, this particular promotion on the Galaxy S25 Ultra was my favorite unlocked Black Friday phone deal this year by far, so it’s absolutely worth considering still before it expires. I highly doubt we’ll see a promotion this good on the S25 Ultra until the next one arrives early next year.
